Each module is valid for 24 months. Your public credential page shows only what is active, so it can never claim more than you currently hold. Re-sit a module to renew it; a lapsed module does not affect the ones still in date.
Did not pass? Sit it again after 24 hours. There is no limit on attempts and no record of a failed one on your public page.
