Questions about depot pricing
What is a depot?
One active yard in container mode, with its own gate and layout. An archived yard is not billed; an empty active one is, because it is capacity you kept.
What happens if I pass 1,500 gate moves a month on Depot?
Nothing at the gate. After two months over you get a notice and a suggestion to move to Depot Plus. There is never a surprise charge.
When does EDI with a line go live?
The yard works in the trial. EDI with a line is set up after the first payment, because mapping and testing with the line needs a paying customer. The one-off fee is charged once per line, never again when it is switched off and on.
Does the price include invoicing my lines?
Yes. Invoices, receipts at the gate counter, supplier bills, bank reconciliation and the VAT return are all in the plan — in the currencies your lines are billed in.
Can I add road transport or HR to the depot?
Yes. Any other module can be added to a depot plan; the price is on your quote.
Is there annual billing?
Yes: two months free, as on the other plans.
