Vendor portal
Self-service for vendors: invoices, PODs, rate renewals, scorecard.

The vendor portal gives vendors a direct window into your operations with them — submit invoices, upload PODs, see rate cards and scorecards.
Access
Portal invitation sent to vendor's primary contact. Vendor sets password; optional MFA. Each vendor's contacts get individual logins with role control.
Lives at vendors.yourtenantdomain.com (tenant-specific subdomain).
Capabilities
Invoice submission
Upload a PDF invoice, reference your booking / trip / MAWB. Platform auto-parses and stages into AP. Vendor sees status (received → matched → approved → paid).
POD / BL upload
For sub trucks without driver app integration, the vendor uploads PODs here. Attaches to the right shipment automatically when referenced by trip or booking number.
Rate card visibility
Vendor sees their current rate cards + renewal status. Can propose changes (creates a draft for your procurement to review).
Scorecard
Their own KPIs vs targets. See scorecard.
Compliance
View their compliance docs on file; upload renewals before expiry. Automatic reminders.
Messaging
Thread-per-shipment messaging with ops. Replaces ad-hoc email for operational comms.
Security
- Vendors only see data about their own vendor record.
- SSO-compatible (SAML, OIDC) for enterprise vendors.
- Session timeout, IP allowlist, MFA enforcement — tenant configurable.
Ops benefit
Measured impact:
- 40–60% reduction in vendor-status emails to AP.
- Faster POD capture (same-day vs next-day average).
- Faster invoice processing (less chasing).
Vendor onboarding self-serve
Via the portal, new vendors submit their onboarding package (see onboarding / KYC). You only chase laggards, not everyone.
