Branding across documents
Logo, colours, fonts, and footer applied tenant-wide to every generated document.

Branding applied in Tenant Settings flows into every document the platform generates — editable ones via the Designer, regulated ones automatically.
Where it lives
/app/admin/tenant-settings → Branding tab. Requires TENANT_ADMIN.
Fields
- Logo (light) — used on white backgrounds. PNG or SVG, transparent background.
- Logo (dark) — used on dark headers, if the template has them.
- Primary colour — accent colour on headings, table headers, totals row.
- Secondary colour — subtle accents, borders.
- Body font — pick from a curated list of PDF-safe fonts (Inter, Roboto, Open Sans, Lato, Noto Sans, Source Sans).
- Heading font — same list; can differ from body.
- Footer text — company registration number, tagline, confidentiality notice. Appears on all editable doc footers.
- Bank details — account + routing info for invoices. See finance / invoicing.
How it propagates
- Editable docs — any block typed as "logo" or "primary-colour heading" picks up the Tenant Settings value at render. You don't repeat them in the Designer.
- Regulated docs — logo + company address block + footer line come straight from Tenant Settings. No Designer touch.
- Emails — transactional emails (quote sent, invoice sent) use the logo + primary colour from Tenant Settings too.
Per-brand tenants
If you operate under multiple brands (e.g. a consumer brand + a B2B brand), create separate tenants for each. Branding is per-tenant; there is no multi-brand inside one tenant.
Testing
After changing branding, regenerate any one recent document and spot-check: logo sharpness, colour contrast on totals row, font fallback if your chosen font isn't in the PDF-safe list (the platform will substitute Noto Sans and warn you at save time).
