Regulated document types
MAWB, HAWB, MBL, HBL, Consol Manifest, TCN — standard layouts, not user-editable.

Some transport documents follow international standards and cannot be freely redesigned. The platform renders these with fixed layouts; your branding still appears via Tenant Settings.
Why these aren't editable
Carriers, customs, airports, and ports reject documents that don't match the standard layout. Field positions, fonts, and sizes are dictated by:
- IATA Resolution 600a/b for MAWB and HAWB.
- FIATA Bill of Lading (FBL) for HBL.
- Carrier BL for MBL (each carrier has its own layout, rendered via carrier-specific templates).
- CMR Convention for European road waybills.
- Consol manifest — IATA cargo consolidation manifest.
What the platform renders
- MAWB (Master Air Waybill) — standard IATA 11-digit layout, neutral or carrier-branded depending on context.
- HAWB (House Air Waybill) — your house waybill for air consolidations.
- MBL (Master Bill of Lading) — sea master. Carrier's template; your agent / carrier issues officially, but the platform can print a draft for reference.
- HBL (House Bill of Lading) — FBL-style FIATA layout for your house.
- Consol Manifest — list of house docs under a master, with totals.
- TCN (Transport Consignment Note) — CMR-style road waybill.
- Customs declarations — per-country templates (SAD for EU, Shipping Bill for IN, etc.) driven by the regulatory engine, not the Designer.
What you can customise
- Logo — pulled from Tenant Settings.
- Company name + address block — from Tenant Settings.
- Footer line — optional tagline / registration number, from Tenant Settings.
- Colours — accent colour applied to headings where the standard permits.
None of these are edited in the Designer — they live at /app/admin/tenant-settings. See branding.
Regeneration
If the source record (booking, consolidation) changes, regenerating produces a new version with the updated data, still in the standard layout. The document number (MAWB, HBL, etc.) is preserved.
